Mick Fleetwood connects with viral cranberry-juice-drinking skateboarder

“Hello there Nathan… Mick Fleetwood here… What a wild ride you are on!”

As if it weren’t enough that the Fleetwood Mac frontman recreated Nathan Apodaca’s viral “Dreams” TikTok video, the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Famer also penned a note to the Idaho Falls skateboarder as well.

“I’m so glad you inspired me to become a part of your fantastic journey!” said the handwritten note, which Apodaca received Tuesday, TMZ reported. “How great it is that you have brought so many smiles to millions of people in a world just when it is/was needed.”

He signed it simply, “Best, Mick.”

TMZ reports that the two have connected on social media, and Apodaca is hoping that some kind of collaboration will happen in the future.

The viral video not only put the 1977 song from the “Rumors” album back on the charts, but was a windfall for Apodaca. Cranberry juice maker Ocean Spray gave him a truck filled with the juice he glugs as he rides his board down a highway. He’s also raised more than $10,000 that he plans to put toward a new RV to live in.
