The Hat Party at the High line park, now in its second year, was inspired from ball culture and the clubs and parties that have inhabited the Meatpacking District and Chelsea throughout the years.

The second annual High Line Hat Party kicked off with a flurry of lights and fashion on the High Line in Manhattan. Inspired by the ballroom culture that has existed the city since the 70s and 80s, the party saw attendees making their way down the runway in fashionable hats.
