Dog reunited with owner after being snatched outside supermarket

Theo — the 10-year-old pooch who was stolen outside a Williamsburg supermarket Monday night — has been safely reunited with his owner.

Bre Kelly, 21, said she received a call Wednesday morning from an unidentified woman who wished to return her elderly border terrier mix.

“They just wanted to return him safely at whatever location I picked out,” Kelly told The Post.

She met with the unidentified woman about 6 p.m. in Bedford-Stuyvesant and retrieved Theo.

“We are just so happy that he’s home safe and that was always our only goal,” Kelly said.

“He seems a bit stunned and nervous but overall, OK!”

Police confirmed the happy ending on Twitter, writing, “Theo has been found and reunited with his human. The investigation is ongoing, thank you to everyone who shared.”

It’s unclear who the dog-returner is — and how she’s affiliated with the two men wanted for dognapping Theo outside of the Green Corner Fish & Farmers Market in Williamsburg.

But law enforcement sources said the woman is being questioned by cops at the 90th Precinct.

The two suspects remain at large. One of the men was captured on surveillance video lifting Theo up by the collar and dragging him away.
