Actress Cameron Diaz made a killing on this West Village condo, which she bought for $2.95 million in 2008 and sold for $4.25 million in 2016. But the buyer, Noel Pittman, wasn’t so lucky and is now listing the stunning pad for $4 million — a quarter of a million less than the purchase price.
