10 Arrested In Hampton-Area DWI Patrols

The State Police say they arrested 10 people and issued seven traffic citations during a special patrol targeting DWI in the Hampton area.

HAMPTON, NH — The New Hampshire State Police have arrested 10 people during special patrols Saturday targeting impaired drivers in the Rockingham County. Seven people also received traffic citations, State Police say. These patrols were conducted in the Hampton area with Hampton and Seabrook police departments.

The following people were arrested:

  • Rachel Hamel-Chandler, 40, of Exeter, was charged with DWI
  • Hope Rhodes, 36, of Skowhegan, Maine, was charged with transporting drugs and operating after suspension
  • Shaun Spencer, 33, of Skowhegan, Maine, was charged with having control of premises where a controlled substance was kept
  • William Alexander Lopez, 35, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, was charged with operating without a valid license
  • Carrie Thomburn, 50, of Malden, Massachusetts, was charged with DWI
  • Liam O'Reilley, 35, of Porter, Maine, was arrested on a warrant
  • Brian Flynn, 47, of Stoneham, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated DWI
  • Raquelle Sprickman, 46, of Manchester, was charged with DWI
  • Jules Jefferson, 29, of Danvers, Massachusetts, was charged with DWI
  • Catherine Radulski, 60, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was charged with DWI
