'Wife Swap' Show Needs Contestants From Metro Atlanta

JOHNS CREEK, GA — Families who want to experience others' lives, or who are maybe just looking for their 15 minutes of fame will soon get a chance to do just that.

Paramount Networks is seeking participants for the reboot of popular reality series, "Wife Swap."

According to Backstage, the casting director states: "The legendary 'Wife Swap' is back! Have you ever wondered if the grass is greener on the other side of the fence? Do you want to see what you can learn from a family that is different from your own? Do you need a break from your family because you feel under-appreciated? Then we want to hear from you! Seeking all types of families and modern families in the Georgia area."

The directors are looking for families with "Amazing Personalities (Lead): Males & Females, 2+, seeking fun, upbeat and dynamic families in the state of Georgia with at least one child; seeking all types of families and modern families; the more unique the better; children can be any age, but ages 5-17 is ideal."

The show will shoot for five days between July-October in Georgia, and the directors are looking for families from Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, Columbus, Savannah, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Johns Creek and Albany.

If chosen, filming pays $10,000 if selected for the show.
