‘Law & Order: SVU’ star Diane Neal allegedly threatened to kill magician ex and his dog

Magician-to-the-stars JB Benn has turned around and accused his ex, “Law & Order: SVU” actress Diane Neal, of threatening to kill him and his dog after she claimed he sexually assaulted her and slit her poodle’s throat.

A new lawsuit Benn filed against Neal in their ongoing property battle includes a heated audio recording of Neal allegedly screaming that she was going to off the illusionist and his pup, according to the tape published by TMZ.

“You are the least fun person I have ever met. You don’t think it’s about connections because you refuse to be connected with anybody. Even me! Which is why I am going to punish you with death and kill your f–king dog,” Neal allegedly screamed in the audio clip recorded in March 2018.

She went on to slam Benn for not revealing his phone passcode, according to TMZ’s recording.

“I gave you f–king everything, something everyone else on this f–king planet wanted. Even Marcus was so livid that I didn’t want to be with him anymore. He fought because he didn’t want me to go. You, on the other hand, can’t even give me your cellphone code you f–k!” she is heard yelling.

Neal and ex-husband Marcus Fitzgerald divorced in 2014.

The recording came out as part of a new lawsuit over Neal and Benn’s upstate New York home. The audio file is an exhibit in the suit.

Neal previously accused Benn of physically and sexually abusing her, slashing her pooch and stealing “hundreds of thousands of dollars” from her, according to an amended complaint reported on by the Daily Beast earlier this month.

Benn has denied Neal’s claims.

Neal’s lawyer did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Benn’s suit.
