LORAIN, Ohio – Lorain police have made an arrest in connection to a drive-by shooting that left two people under the age of 20 injured early Saturday morning.
Shortly after 3:00 a.m., a 19-year-old girl was shot in her left shoulder and an 11-year-old boy was shot in his right thigh when bullets came through the walls of their home on Larkmoor Street.
An officer spotted a vehicle leaving the scene which prompted a pursuit of the vehicle. The vehicle crashed after failing to stop.
Police arrested 26-year-old Anthony Lamar Charlton at the scene while other suspects fled on foot.
