The Universal Temple of the Arts Staten Island Jazz Fest 31 kept its momentum going Saturday at the Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden in Livingston, showcasing jazz musicians from the metropolitan area.
WGBO's radio host Shelia Anderson was the Master of Ceremonies, introducing performers: Karlus Trapp and Nicole Wright; Winard Harper and Jeli Posse; UTA Jazz Vocal Workshop under the direction of Jeannine Otis; Stretto Vocal Ensemble under the direction of Roger Wesby; Dow Kevin Buford; Danny Mixon Quartet featuring Antoinette Montague; UTA All-Star Jazz Ensemble; Leopoldo Fleming Afro-Caribbean Jazz Ensemble.
