Boris Johnson has been pictured holidaying in Scotland with his fiancee and baby son.
The prime minister's partner Carrie Symonds, 32, shared snaps of the family enjoying walks in the Scottish Highlands.
In the photos, Mr Johnson is seen smiling while carrying his son Wilfred in a baby sling.
One snap shows the family posing together as Ms Symonds holds their dog Dilyn.
The trio were reported to be staying in a remote three-bedroom house on the northwest coast.
A government source confirmed to PA news agency that the prime minister has now returned from Scotland.
Mr Johnson had been expected back at Westminster next week after facing criticism for not returning during the A-level results chaos.
