CLIPPER SYSTEM SNOW will last through about 2 p.m. Tuesday. Expect area-wide snowfall totals between 1-3″ of snow. Higher around are expected along and north of I-76 with lesser amounts south of I-76. Give yourself a few extra minutes Tuesday morning on the roadways. Very cold temperatures and lots of winds, gusting to near 40 mph, are expected tomorrow morning and through the afternoon.
