PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Three people, including two police officers, were hospitalized Tuesday night after a serious crash on Interstate 205.

According to Portland police, just before 11:20 p.m. officers responded to a crash report to find a collision between a car and a PPB vehicle.

Investigators said that the PPB vehicle had blocked a lane of Interstate 205 while a tow truck hooked up a vehicle when the crash happened.

Two officers and the driver who ran into them were taken to the hospital authorities said, but authorities said Wednesday morning that the two officers were released after being treated.
