Peeping Tom Falls From Ceiling Into Women's Locker Room: Police

A Woodbridge man has been charged with several crimes after falling through the ceiling into the women's locker room at a gym in Stafford.

WOODBRIDGE, VA — A man is in jail after authorities said he fell through the ceiling into the women's locker room at Onelife Fitness in Stafford. The man, Brian Anthony Joe of Woodbridge, was charged with burglary, peeping or spying into a building, and vandalism, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Department.

In the middle of the day on Saturday, Stafford County deputies responded to a call stating that a man had fallen through the ceiling and onto a woman in the locker room at the Onelife Fitness facility on Garrisonville Road. Patrons of the gym responded by cornering the man until police and rescue personnel arrived, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Department.

The woman who the man fell on was checked for injuries by first responders, but did not require further treatment, according to police reports.

Although he fell ten feet after the ceiling gave out, Joe was not seriously injured, police said.

Authorities said Joe was charged with burglary, peeping into a building, and vandalism. He is being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
