Cisco Systems Inc. will donate more than $200 million of its own technology for organizations building out coronavirus relief efforts, as health systems around the world strain due to the increasing numbers of patients.

About $9 million in cash will be given to non-governmental organizations worldwide both directly and through a match with employees, and another $210 million worth of products will go to health-care, education and government initiatives. The rest of its contribution is allocated for a Country Digital Acceleration fund, where Cisco provides resources for governments and businesses to deploy technology to combat the coronavirus outbreak.
