Sachem North On Remote Learning For Another Week
BREAKING: Several hundred students and nearly two dozen staff members are required to quarantine.
LAKE RONKONKOMA, NY –Sachem High School North will remain closed to in-person learning for at least another week, Superintendent Christopher Pellettieri announced Tuesday evening.
There have now been 15 confirmed COVID-19 cases at the school, most of them connected to a Sweet 16 party that was held on the weekend of Sept. 25.
Contact tracing has determined that several hundred Sachem North students and nearly two dozen staff members need to quarantine.
