John Walsh joins Fox News’ Gianno Caldwell to plead for help in sibling slay

TV’s “America’s Most Wanted” host John Walsh has joined grieving Fox News political analyst Gianno Caldwell in asking for the public’s help in solving the brutal murder of Caldwell’s teen brother.

Walsh is appearing with Caldwell in a public-service announcement set to air in Chicago this week.

Caldwell’s brother Christian Beamon, 18, was fatally shot in the Windy City while out with friends about two months ago.

“I’m John Walsh, the father of a murdered child, and I’ve been chasing fugitives and asking people to make a difference for over 40 years,” Walsh says in the PSA, according to Fox News. “This family needs justice. We don’t need to know your name. You’ll get the reward.”

Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.

Caldwell says in the spot that his brother’s murder has left him in pieces.

“My baby brother, Christian Beamon, was a light in every room he walked into, but on June 24, 2022, that light was extinguished when he was murdered … in Chicago, Illinois,” he says.

In an interview with Fox, Caldwell said he remains in disbelief over the loss.

“I still can’t believe my little brother was murdered. I think about him every day. I get calls from family members who just call me to cry,” he said.

Caldwell has ripped lax prosecution and spiraling crime in the wake of his brother’s death.

“Why the hell are judges releasing criminals who commit heinous crimes back on the street?” he has said. “Why does anyone think that will make our communities safer?”
