In tonight’s TKO, The Kilcoyne Opinion remembers and pays tribute to Bob Plager. Mr. Blue was killed in a fatal car accident earlier today. Bob Plager was a member of the St. Louis Blues since day one of the franchise in 1967. Bob Plager played for, coached, scouted and was the team’s number one ambassador. He will never be replaced and sorely missed.
