Katie Holmes and daughter Suri Cruise gave a warm welcome to Taylor Swift when they introduced the pop superstar on stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City last week.

The actor and her 11-year-old daughter became impromptu MCs on Friday, December 8, at the Z100 New York's iHeartRadio Jingle Ball before the headliner performed.

Holmes introduced the singer by asking her daughter: "She's one of our favorite performers ... and who is it tonight?"

Suri adorably replied by yelling: "Taylor Swift!"

Of course the moment was captured by fans in the audience. You can relive it in all its cutesy glory here:

Swift performed a number of her hits, including the recent single "Look What You Made Me Do."

She also played "Shake It Off" and partnered with Ed Sheeran on "End Game."

Sheeran, who is currently at the top of the UK singles charts with his Beyoncé collaboration "Perfect," had performed his own set earlier in the night.

The duet wouldn't have been a complete surprise, as the pair had teamed up previously on the Jingle Ball tour at other venues.
