RACOON - A report at 1:44 a.m. Wednesday of several raccoons on Crow Wing County Road 3, north of Mill Avenue. Officers removed the dead raccoon and the live raccoons left the roadway.

CIVIL - A report at 8:38 p.m. Tuesday of another child urinating in her grandson's cap while playing on a playground. Officers responded and incident was unfounded.

ARREST - A 41-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct following a report of a male trying to pick fights with people on the 700 block of Laurel Street.

A 28-year-old man was arrested at 7:34 a.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block Seventh Avenue Northeast for domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call.

A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 5:38 a.m. Tuesday after a report of a suspicious female looking into garages and under decks of homes on the 2300 block of Kermit Lane. Woman was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, violation probation and possessing a small amount of marijuana.

THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft of three firearms on the 1400 block of South Seventh Street.

OTHER - A report Tuesday of a man lying by the gutter near Oak Street and 28th Street Southeast. Officers were unable to locate.

THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft of money on Highway 6, Deerwood.

GAS LEAK - A report at 6:46 a.m. Tuesday of a gas line cut on the 9200 block of Highway 169, Garrison.

Baxter police

THEFT - A report Tuesday of a theft of an iPad taken while at Wal-Mart, 7295 Glory Road.

A report Tuesday of the theft of 50 pallets taken from Culligan Water Conditioning, 8240 Industrial Park Road.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - A report at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday that someone drilled a hole in her gas tank on the 6400 block of Inglewood Court.
