New Caribbean Fusion Restaurant Slated For Hoover
A new Miami Fusion Cafe location will open in Hoover, the second for the restaurant in the Birmingham metro.
HOOVER, AL — A new restaurant plans to open in Hoover with a Caribbean flare. Miami Fusion Cafe, which also has a location in downtown Birmingham plans to open a Hoover location in the in the Greystone Park Shopping Center, according to a report by the Birmingham Business Journal.
The restaurant will serve Cuban and Puerto Rican food, in addition to items like red snapper, oxtails, shrimp and more. The cafe will also be open in the morning to serve coffee and pastries.
