Check Out The 'Concerts at McCook Point Park' Lineup
The annual 'Concerts at McCook Point Park' promises to deliver the tunes, on the beach and at the bandshell, now through Aug. 30.
NIANTIC, CT—It's not really summer in East Lyme without music on the beach and at the bandshell, so without further ado, East Lyme wants folks to know it has "another summer of exciting performances at McCook Point Park" lined up.
The concerts are at McCooks Beach on Wednesday nights from 6 p.m.to 8 p.m. The Friday night concerts are held at the Bandshell from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
There is no pass required to enter the park after 5 p.m. on concert days, and patrons are encouraged to bring their own chairs, blankets, and food to make for a relaxing evening in the park. In addition to parking at McCook’s, patrons may park in the VFW lot and Hole in the Wall parking lot. Additional handicapped parking will be made available on Friday evenings.
