After spending several minutes at a campaign rally last night bitching about how football players should stop taking a knee during the National Anthem, and get back to giving each other brain injuries, like the good old days, Donald Trump hopped on Twitter this morning to continue his weekend sports tantrum by taking a swipe at basketball, too. Specifically, Trump targeted Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, who’s expressed a pronounced lack of desire to come hang out with the new POTUS in celebration of his team’s NBA championship earlier this year. Utilizing the old boardroom/shitty high school dating strategy known as “You can’t dump me, I’m dumping you,” Trump tweeted this morning that he was thus preemptively disinviting Curry from the visit.

This isn’t the first time James—who’s been more politically open in recent years, notably wearing an “I Can’t Breathe” shirt to protest the death of Eric garner during warm-ups in 2014—has been vocally critical of Trump. In the wake of the racially-motivated violence in Charlottesville last month (and Trump’s mealy-mouthed, equivocating response to it), James spoke out against him, writing on Twitter with a sarcastic “Make America Great Again, huh?” and briefly addressing 45 in his remarks at his foundation’s family reunion this year.

Meanwhile, Steph Curry hasn’t publicly responded to the snub. His wife Ayesha, though, had a succinctly apt response:
