5 From Nashua, Merrimack Arrested During Granite Shield Operation

Police round up 4 people accused of drug dealing and a man with parole violation warrant during latest Operation Granite Shield effort.

NASHUA, NH — Three people from Nashua, a homeless woman previously from Merrimack, and a man from Merrimack were arrested Wednesday as part of an Operation Granite Shield effort, according to police.

While charges varied for each person, the four men and one woman "were arrested for various drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity," according to Lt. Robert Page of the narcotics intelligence division of the Nashua Police Department.

Harrison Duong, pictured upper left, 24, of Syracuse Road in Nashua was arrested on three felony counts of acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug, cocaine-second offense.

Manuel Escamilla, upper center, 27, of Dodge Street in Nashua was arrested on an outstanding out of town warrant for parole violation.

Whitney Manley, lower left, 21, homeless but formerly of Merrimack and Nashua, was charged with acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl and acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies.

Patrick Bellot, upper right, 53, of Sentry Way in Merrimack was arrested and on a single count of felony acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug, heroin/fentanyl.

Cole McCloud, lower center, 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua was arrested and charged with acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana, acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-THC concentrate, and acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-psilocybin mushrooms, all felonies.

According to Page, Duong was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 2.

Escamilla was transported to the Valley Street Jail in Manchester and will be arraigned in Nashua District Division Court Thursday.

Manley was held at the Valley Street Jail and will be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South Thursday.

Bellot was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South July 2.

McCloud was released on personal recognizance bail and is slated to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 2.
