Hollyoaks' Jonny Baxter will find his actions coming back to haunt him next week as Shahid Shirani's shocking assault is revisited.
Jonny (Ray Quinn) and his dangerous far-right associates subjected Shahid to a sickening racist attack outside a pub last month.
Ste was inside when the incident happened and was unaware of what Jonny had done, still oblivious to the newcomer's true motivations for befriending him.
However, Jonny will find his awful actions catching up with him in next week's episodes when Shahid turns up in the village.
When Jonny, Peri and Ste order a takeaway, they are unaware that the delivery man is Shahid – who spots Jonny straight away.
Recognising Jonny as the man who attacked him, Shahid keeps a close eye on him afterwards, but it's not long before they eventually come face-to-face in the village.
Fans will have to wait and see what happens when Shahid approaches Jonny, but Ste makes an unsettling discovery at the same time when he stumbles across Jonny's message thread with Stuart.
Backed into a corner, Stuart is forced to confess to Ste that he and Jonny were responsible for Shahid's attack, but lies that it was because he was part of a gang who were goading them.
After manipulating Ste further, Stuart tells him they need to send Shahid a message and he's soon calling the same takeaway company as before.
This time, Shahid's brother Amir turns up instead, but what will happen when he gets there?
Hollyoaks bosses have previously confirmed that Ste will be radicalised into far-right extremism this year, as Jonny and Stuart Sumner slowly and subtly draw him into their group.
The show has been working with expert organisations and the Home Office while developing the storyline.
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
