Enjoy a video compendium of Tom Hiddleston impersonating Chris Evans

Chris Evans may be an A-list millionaire chiseled from pure, unvarnished marble, but, somehow, he still resonates as the most chill Avenger. Maybe that’s ‘cause he shows up charmingly trashed to red carpets, loves his very good dog, and actually uses his fame to help others. Evans exudes a blue-collar quality in interviews, occasionally slipping into his Bahston accent between utterances of “dude.” That latter tic, in particular, seems to have tickled his Avengers co-star Tom Hiddleston, who’s taken to imitating Evans whenever given the opportunity.

Hiddleston, who plays the trickster Loki in the franchise, has a crisp, refined English accent of his own, so his slip into the casual, sunburnt tones of Evans is especially impressive, even if he’s occasionally veering into McConaughey territory with the surfer dudeness of it all.

But the true jewel here might not even be Hiddleston’s impression, but rather the story—one he tells twice—of Evans earnestly asking Chris Hemsworth how he was able to get a particular “bump” in between his bicep and tricep muscles. Hiddleston seems especially amused by the story, which also allows him to whip out his rendition of Hemsworth’s Australian brogue, too.
