In video, thought to have been filmed in London, the parent looks straight at the camera and launches a verbal tirade just inches from the other person's face.

During the angry interaction she tells the youth she won't stop 'getting close' and 'dares' him to touch her son again.

In the shocking footage the alleged bully can be heard telling the mother 'you can't touch me, you ain't allowed to touch me'.

She then spins around and ties up her long, dark hair before continuing with her stern warning to keep away from her son.

The mother says: 'I ain't from around here, you know who I am? I'm [child's] name, I'm [child's] name, yeah. No I ain't gonna stop getting close.

'Touch my son again and I'll rip your f*****g face off, I'll rip your mum's face off, your dad's face off ... touch him I dare you too. I f*****g dare you too. know yourself know yourself, know yourself.
