CARY, IL — Employees with a Domino's Pizza in Cary say they were pressured to work even after being exposed to staffers who tested positive for COVID-19 in January.

Three employees, including two store managers, learned they contracted the virus in late January, the Northwest Herald reports. Two of the employees were roommates, according to the article. A complaint filed with the McHenry County Health Department on Jan. 29 stated that managers were not concerned and insisted employees come to work anyway.

The Northwest Herald obtained the complaints filed by employees through a Freedom of Information Act request.
