There's some unsettled beef between Mase and Cam’ron.

On the day after Thanksgiving, Mase shares “The Oracle,” a four-minute track where he’s going in on Cam for his questionable practices and behavior. Mase isn’t channeling Pastor Mason Betha or Mase of the shiny suit era, this is Mase raw and uncut.

Some scathing lines worth highlighting:

“You always play the sucker part/Where was all that Rico shit when you left Jim in Rucker Park?”

If we had to guess what warranted such a diss from Mase, it probably stems from Cam’ron airing him out on Instagram Live in March about becoming a pastor.

“Mase wasn’t coming outside — that shit just got a little aggressive. You go triple platinum, shit gonna get aggressive. Ni**a said, ‘Fuck it man, you know what? It’s a lot of violence going on around me. I’m gonna take these chips I got and I’m going to church.’ And I used to be mad at him about it, but hey, I see where he’s coming from. I wouldn’t go that far where he went, but I see the play. I see the play, I see what he was doing.”

More recently, Cam aired out Mase on "It's Killa" off The Program, where he shared a story about a situation that Mase got in years back and how he felt disrespected after helping out.

Got this ni**a home and he passed me a hundo ($100 dollars?!)
Told him straight up I ain't feeling him
Let me curve this ni**a 'fore I end up killing him

And

I watched him play Pop Lotti against Baby Maine
At this time I'm moving heroin in Maryland
They both died and this n***a turned reverend!

Of course, there could also be deeply rooted issues between the two Harlem legends that the public doesn’t know about. The two famously collaborated on Cam's "Horse & Carriage" off 1998's Confessions of Fire, and they were once in a group called Children of the Corn with Big L, Herb McGruff, and Derek "Bloodshed" Armstead. Whatever the reason is, Mase came with some heat.

"Good morning to u to betha...lol, Let's play ni**a.. 😘," he writes in response on Instagram. Will Cam clap back?
