Suspect Stole Purses From Store Employees, Police Say

HOOVER, AL β€” The Hoover Police Department is searching for a woman they say stole employees' purses at the JC Penney store in the Riverchase Galleria. The incident occurred during the Christmas shopping season, police say.

A report by the Hoover PD said the suspect gained unauthorized access to the employee area of the store and stole two purses which belonged to JC Penney employees.
