Orlando Magic point guard Michael Carter-Williams erupted at a referee after being hit in the face by Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry during Saturday’s Game 1 of their first round playoff series.
To add insult to injury, refs did not call a foul on the play which really seemed to bother the Magic guard. Luckily, he himself didn’t receive a technical foul or an ejection for his passionate reaction.
Carter-Williams returned from the locker room after cleaning himself up and watched the action from the team’s bench.
The Syracuse alum got the last laugh when the Magic upset the Raptors after DJ Augustin hit a three-pointer with under five seconds left in the game.
The Magic lead the series 1-0.
