Mark Hamill was fired from Jack in the Box for doing impressions over drive-thru

Mark Hamill was once fired from Jack in the Box for clowning around too much — literally.

The “Star Wars” star revealed on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” that when he worked at the fast-food restaurant before he reached stardom, he always “aspired” to work the drive-thru window.

“The one chance I had at it, it never occurred to me not to be in character as the clown — as the Jack in the Box clown,” he said before recreating the funny voice. “My manager didn’t think it was very funny … told me to go home and never come back. Fired for being in character!”

Hamill, 67, joked that he got his revenge when he did voice-over work in 1992’s “Batman: The Animated Series,” saying, “I’ll show you. One day I’ll be the Joker, and then you’ll be sorry!”

“There you go,” Corden said as the audience cheered.

Hamill is best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the “Star Wars” films.
