Comebacks and goals everywhere - just another day in the Premier League and it is not done yet!

There is one more match coming up and it sees league leaders Manchester City host Watford as they hope to go four points clear ahead of Liverpool who play tomorrow.

Post-match reaction to the 3pm games is on the homepage but join me on this link for all the Etihad Stadium action.

I'll leave you here with what has become a rather intriguing battle for the Champions League spot as Tottenham's domestic collapse continues, and an even more interesting relegation battle...

16:55
FULL-TIME: Cardiff City 2-0 West Ham United
16:53
FULL-TIME: Newcastle United 3-2 Everton
16:52
FULL-TIME: Leicester City 3-1 Fulham
16:52
FULL-TIME: Southampton 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur
16:51
FULL-TIME: Huddersfield Town 0-2 Bournemouth
16:50
Southampton 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Into stoppage time at St Mary's, Spurs attempting to find an equaliser in the four added minutes but it would be quite undeserved - the Saints have been magnificent in this half.

16:47
James Ward-Prowse's free-kick gave Southampton the lead over Spurs
16:46
GOAL! LEICESTER CITY 3-1 Fulham

If the previous goal was not Jamie Vardy's 100th Leicester goal then this one is! He has doubled his side's lead to surely give Brendan Rodgers his first win as Foxes manager.

16:42
GOAL! NEWCASTLE UNITED 3-2 Everton

The Premier League has gone crazy. Everton have out-Spursyed Spurs, throwing away a 2-0 lead with Ayoze Perez grabbing his second.

16:42
From Sportsmail's Laurie Whitwell at the King Power Stadium

'Some are saying that is Jamie Vardy’s 100th Leicester goal but the club themselves have ruled it his 99th. He scored in the Community Shield and Leicester have not counted it. He has been told, apparently.'

16:40
GOAL! NEWCASTLE UNITED 2-2 Everton

Pickford may have saved a penalty (that he conceded) but he is soon back to zero status as his error allows Ayoze Perez to equalise.

16:38
GOAL! SOUTHAMPTON 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Back to the normal Spurs? They have bottled it again in the Premier League as after giving away a free-kick, James Ward-Prowse curls home a beauty to lift his side out the bottom three.

16:35
GOAL! LEICESTER CITY 2-1 Fulham

Unselfish in the first half with his assist for Youri Tielemans, and good karma has found its way to Jamie Vardy who eventually grabs his second goal.

16:33
GOAL! SOUTHAMPTON 1-1 Tottenham Hotsour

Bad news for Southampton. Substitute Shane Long departs injured, but his replacement Stuart Armstrong helps provide the deserved equaliser as his cut-back is scooped in by Yan Valery.

16:32
Cardiff City 2-0 West Ham United

Cardiff should be out of sight in this game, but the West Ham threat remains as they hit the woodwork! Declan Rice hitting the post with a 20-yard strike.

16:31
Ryan Fraser doubled Bournemouth's lead at Huddersfield Town
16:28
Salomon Rondon pulled a goal back for Newcastle against Everton
16:26
From Sportsmail's Janine Self at the John Smith's Stadium

'This match is turning increasingly scratchy and ill-tempered. Not a lot to shout about for the hosts. Although Pritchard did shout quite a lot for a  penalty. Anthony Taylor said no.'

16:24
GOAL! Hudderfield Town 0-2 BOURNEMOUTH

Slick football from the Cherries. Josh King finding Callum Wilson who then tees up Ryan Fraser to score. The three points are leaving the John Smith's Stadium once again.

16:23
GOAL! NEWCASTLE UNITED 1-2 Everton

Game on. Salomon Rondon does well to fire the hosts back into this as with 25 minutes to play he volleys home an Ayoze Perez cross.

16:22
Southampton 0-1 Tottenham Hotspur

Southampton are enjoying a much better second half and really should be level, with Nathan Redmond missing a couple of really good opportunities inside the box. Spurs under pressure.

16:18
Cardiff City 2-0 West Ham United

The state of West Ham in this half. Cardiff are tearing them a new one in Wales, with Oumar Niasse missing a one-on-one chance to make it 3-0.

West Ham have made a double change, with Michail Antonio replacing Manuel Lanzini, and Samir Nasri coming on for Mark Noble.

16:15
Floyd Ayite equalised for Fulham at Leicester City
16:12
GOAL! CARDIFF CITY 2-0 West Ham United

Marko Arnautovic replaced Felipe Anderson at the break - but it's Cardiff who strike early in the second half as Victor Camarasa converts a knock down from Josh Murphy.

16:12
From Sportsmail's Laurie Whitwell at the King Power Stadium

'A shocker for Leicester to concede. Fulham had been totally bereft in the first-half but Ben Chilwell is beaten too easily when Floyd Ayite collects a long pass and Harry Maguire does not do enough to stop the shot. It deflect off him, wrong-foots Kasper Schmeichel, and dribbles over the line. Scott Parker’s half-time change works instantly.'

16:09
GOAL! Leicester City 1-1 FULHAM

Fulham's hopes of staying up already look as good as over but they are back in this, with Floyd Ayite collecting a long pass from Havard Nordtveit before cutting in from the right and scoring his first goal in over a year.

The SECOND HALVES are underway in the Premier League
Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino looks on from the stands at St Mary's
16:02
Here is how the table looks at both ends heading at half-time

Neil Warnock has had a few words against Tottenham Hptspur this term, but he will be delighted to see them lead at Southampton as it has allowed his side to climb out the bottom three thanks to their early strike against West Ham.

Still 45 minutes of football to come though...

15:45
From Sportsmail's Janine Self at the John Smith's Stadium

'Not much going on at the John Smith's.. a mini row when Adam Smith pulled up with injury, stepped off the pitch then back on in front of  the dug-out to go down for treatment. He was subbed by Nathaniel Clyne.'

15:42
From Sportsmail's Craig Hope at St James' Park

'Everton lead 2-0 but they should be down to 10 men. Pickford rugby tackled Rondon in conceding the penalty - which he then saved from Ritchie - yet somehow he stayed on the pitch and was not even booked.'

15:39
From Sportsmail's Janine Self at the John Smith's Stadium

'The clappers are no longer making much of a noise and there is a sense  of resignation at the John Smith's. The home side need to do something  quickly to generate some hope. Bournemouth's game plan is spot on, so  far.'

15:38
From Sportsmail's Rob Draper at St Mary's

'Dele Alli looking superbly invigorated in first game back. Just had shot tipped over by Angus Gunn. But most enjoyed his role in Kane’s opener: a lovely run to create space followed by a delightful lofted return pass to Kane to finish.

'Tottenham were defending their own box; within around four seconds, Kane and Dele had covered more than half the pitch to score on the counter.'

15:36
From Sportsmail's Laurie Whitwell at the King Power Stadium

'Really classy goal that from Leicester. Wilfred Ndidi in quickly to to wrestle possession, then play in Jamie Vardy, who selflessly rolls it across to Youri Tielemans.

'Tielemans has clearly been given licence to get forwards, and his finish is so cool, side-stepping Tim Ream and tapping in. ‘Sign him up,’ sing the Leicester fans. As reported on MailOnline this week, it will cost in the region of £40million as per Monaco’s January demands.'

15:34
Callum Wilson gave Bournemouth the lead at Huddersfield Town
15:32
GOAL! Newcastle United 0-2 EVERTON

Goals change games, so do penalty misses by the looks of it as after being given a huge let-off, the Toffees go straight down the other end and double their lead through Richarlison.

15:31
Newcastle United 0-1 Everton

Matt Ritchie takes the spot-kick but Pickford dives down low to his left to make amends for his clumsy error in giving away the spot-kick

15:29
PENALTY (Newcastle United)

Jordan Pickford brings down Salomon Rondon for a clear penalty after dropping the ball - he probably should be sent off for denying a goal scoring chance but he does not even get booked.

15:26
GOAL! Southampton 0-1 TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Mauricio Pochettino may be in the stands but his team are turning up the heat on Southampton. Dele Alli clips the ball into the box for Harry Kane, who after getting it out of his feet, skillfully steers home a low finish.

15:26
Dominic Calvert-Lewin headed Everton in front at Newcastle United
15:21
GOAL! LEICESTER CITY 1-0 Fulham

Jamie Vardy, on 99 Leicester goals, takes the ball past Sergio Rico... but instead of scoring he tees up Youri Tielemans to score. 'Nice guy Jamie'.

15:20
GOAL! Huddersfield Town 0-1 BOURNEMOUTH

The goals are flying in in this first half, with Bournemouth opening the scoring at Huddersfield thanks to Callum Wilson converting a Ryan Fraser cross.

15:20
From Sportsmail's Laurie Whitwell at the King Power Stadium

'There has been a bit of needle between the rival fans over Claudio Ranieri. A song against from the Fulham supporters, a response for the Italian from Leicester’s lot. He obviously leaves quite different legacies at each club.'

15:19
From Sportsmail's Janine Self at the John Smith's Stadium

'Bournemouth fans will be delighted to see Callum Wilson back as will England coach Gareth Southgate. The striker shook off the ring rust  after six weeks out with injury to test Jonas Lossl. Plenty of energy, not a whole load of quality so far.'

15:18
GOAL! Newcastle United 0-1 EVERTON

Decent goal this. Dominic Calvert-Lewin glances a near post header across goal from a Lucas Digne cross following his good link up play with Bernard.

15:16
From Sportsmail's Janine Self at the John Smith's Stadium

'Huddersfield making a positive start with Alex Pritchard enjoying
possession early on. Weather is blustery but currently dry after earlier downpours.'

15:15
Newcastle United 0-0 Everton

Everton are trying to take the game to Newcastle early on, with Gylfi Sigurdsson taking a pas from Lucas Digne before his shot is blocked by Florian Lejeune, with Martin Dubravka then grabbing the afters,

15:10
Junior Hoillet took fewer than four minutes to score for Cardiff
15:07
Southampton 0-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Early opening for Tottenham as Harry Kane latches on to a bouncing ball on the edge of the box, but his strike under pressure from defenders is rather poorly fired wide.

By no means a sitter but he will be disappointed with his execution there.

15:04
GOAL! CARDIFF CITY 1-0 West Ham United

Not the greatest of defending from West Ham here but Cardiff won't care, with Junior Hoilett tucking away a Josh Murphy cross.

RIATH Al-SAMARRAI: With Crystal Palace said to be in the early stages of a takeover dance, this was hardly the kind of exhibit you would want to shove in your shop window.

It shouldn't matter, of course. On 33 points, and with a good goal difference relative to others in the muddy half of the table, they might even be fine now. So with Palace going nowhere, those television riches are going nowhere and so too, you would assume, the potential buyer in the US.
