“Bachelor in Paradise” couple Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper have already scored a buyer for their $3 million Southern California home only five days after it hit the market.
First listed on Friday, the San Juan Capistrano home is made up of five bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to Realtor.com. The duo, who welcomed their third child in November, first purchased the property back in 2018 for $1.62 million, leaving them with a pretty hefty profit.
The couple, who met on the reality spinoff series in 2015, married in 2016 and have seen their family expand over the years. In 2019, they welcomed a son, Brooks, in the master closet of the home.
But it looks like they may be ready to expand their living quarters as well and are now giving up the home, newly built in 2017.
Roper and Tolbert, both 34, revealed to People magazine in 2019 that they worked with interior designers Caitlin Wright and Hannah Rodriguez of Realm Design Co. to bring a “cool, earthy California” look to the Orange County home.
The modern home offers a central tiled courtyard with a fountain and covered loggia to bring natural light into the living spaces, according to the listing.
A sunlit great room offers distressed wood-beam vaulted ceilings, wide-plank French oak floors and six sets of doors to the outdoor entertaining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a large center island/breakfast bar, quartz countertops, designer backsplash, walk-in pantry and stainless-steel Thermador appliances including double ovens.
Pegged as an “oasis,” the property is built to offer an “ultimate indoor/outdoor living experience,” which includes a salt-water pool, spa, firepit and cabana with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator, TV, sound system and retractable overhead awning to control the sunlight.
Topping off the main floor is a spacious guest suite with a private bathroom and separate powder room. Upstairs is the master suite with panoramic deck, sitting area and opulent bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower and quartz counter.
Last year, Roper made headlines when she scored first place with the DraftKings Millionaire Maker event, banking $1 million that was later revoked following allegations that she had cheated.
Roper currently co-hosts the podcast “Mommies Tell All” with her fellow “Bachelor” alum Carly Waddell. Tolbert’s day job is selling cars.
Tolbert initially appeared on the 11th season of “The Bachelorette,” during Kaitlyn Bristowe’s run. Roper was on the 19th season of “The Bachelor”
