All eyes were on the sky above the Tricky Triangle on Saturday at Pocono Raceway, for the first of two days of high-flying action.
"The Great Pocono Raceway Air Show" continues Sunday, with parking lots and the Gate 8 box office opening at 8 a.m. followed by the gates/grandstand/fan fair at 10 a.m. and the program starting at noon.
The four-hour air show features more than 15 performances including jets, historical re-enactments and military demonstrations.

There's even a high-performance Zivko Edge 540 -- capable of tumbles, spins, cartwheels, torque rolls and climbing 3,700 feet in the air per second -- racing a NASCAR-style race car around down the track's front stretch.
Other performers include the U.S. Air Force Air Combat A-10C Thunderbolt II Demonstration Team, U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team and Greg Koontz Airshows and the Alabama Boys attempting to land a 1946 Piper J-3 Club on a moving pickup truck.

Ticket holders can access the fan fair featuring military displays and demonstrations from 10 a.m. to noon, and guests have a chance to ride in a Bell UH-1 Iroquois -- the "Huey" -- helicopter.
Parking is $10 per vehicle, and adult tickets start at $15. Kids ages 6 and under are free while children ages 7-12 are half-price in the 100 and 200 levels of the grandstand. Ages 12 and under are half price in the shaded 300 level. Visit poconoairshow.com for tickets.
The raceway advises guests to purchase and print tickets at home to avoid potentially long lines getting in, and to visit poconoraceway.com for a full list of what they can and cannot bring into the show.
