Chris Harrison returns to ‘Bachelor’ mansion after California wildfires

Home sweet home for Chris Harrison.

On Saturday, the “Bachelor” host returned to the mansion featured on the ABC reality dating series after it had endured damage as a result of the California wildfires last fall.

“She’s never looked so gorgeous. After what our community has been through this year I’m more grateful than ever to be back home #TheBachelorette #BachelorMansion,” Harrison, 47, posted on Instagram, sharing a photo of the mansion’s stunning exterior.

In November, it was revealed that 16-year-old Ava Friedman, who lives next door to the “Bachelor” mansion, helped save the sprawling space from getting burned to the ground. After making it down Kanan Road in Agoura Hills, Calif., to check on her family’s property, Friedman and her father sought aid from the authorities.

“We literally flagged them down and said, ‘OK, our house is down there and the house next door is on fire. Can you please do what you can?'” Friedman told Us Weekly.

Firefighters were able to put out the flames before they destroyed the property further.

With “Bachelor” mansion still standing, expect new “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown to hand out the roses from the show’s signature estate.
