Trump arrives back in NYC for ‘racist’ AG Letitia James’ state fraud case

Donald Trump is back in the Big Apple.

The 76-year-old former president landed in New York City Wednesday night ahead of his expected deposition Thursday morning in the $250 million business fraud lawsuit brought against him and his company by New York Attorney General Letitia James — whom he ripped as “racist” again on social media.

“I will be heading downtown to meet with a Racist who leaked that I would be there at 9:30 A.M,” Trump wrote on his Truth social media.

“The leak makes it much more difficult for the Police and Secret Service to do their job. This civil case is ridiculous, just like all of the other Election Interference cases being brought against me. If I had a fair judge, this case would have never happened. MAGA!”

The Post reported earlier this week that Trump was scheduled to arrive in the Big Apple for the AG’s case.

The embattled 45th president’s arrival comes a week after he was arraigned in a Manhattan court on a 34-count indictment in a separate criminal case from District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Trump is expected to be grilled a second time by James, who is suing the Trump Organization over alleged wrongdoing, including misleading banks and others that inflated the value of golf courses and hotels that bear his name.

As when he was first questioned in the case last year, Trump is expected to plead the Fifth — or refuse to answer questions to avoid potentially incriminating himself — on Thursday, sources from multiple agencies previously told The Post.

He invoked the Fifth more than 400 times last summer.

James, a Democrat who Trump has blasted over her probe, is seeking $250 million from his business and to block him from doing business in the state.

She filed the civil case that includes three of his adult children in 2022 after her office launched the investigation in 2019. The probe was jump-started when ex-Trump lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen testified before Congress and implicated Trump and his business practices.

The judge presiding over the civil case remains committed to an Oct. 2 trial date, but he recently agreed to move some pretrial deadlines so lawyers had more time to comb over evidence, speak to witnesses and file motions
