2 PCSD Teachers Named 2021 Georgia STEM Scholars

PAULDING COUNTY, GA β€” Two Paulding County School District teachers have been named 2021 Georgia STEM Scholars. The Georgia STEM Scholar Award recognizes teachers who are integrating effective STEM education in their classrooms. Georgia STEM Scholars will receive a $500 award to outfit his or her classroom and earn free admission to a two-day GYSTC Summer STEM Institute.

PCSD's winning teachers are Jennifer Godbout of P.B. Ritch Middle School and Betsy Walker of Austin Middle School. Both teachers will have the opportunity during the summer institute to participate in super STEM challenges, robotics and coding activities, and top 10 STEM explorations.
