SPRINGFIELD, VA — Springfield Town Center will reopen on Friday, May 29 with restrictions, mall owner PREIT announced.

PREIT said in a news release mall has been cleaned during the closure and "established a rigorous cleaning and sanitizing schedule, particularly high touch surfaces." Housekeeping, maintenance and security staff are required to wear masks and gloves on the job. Sanitizing locations are provided throughout the property.
