Vehicle Break-In, Credit Card Fraud Suspects Sought By Hoover PD

Hoover police are looking for suspects they say broke into a vehicle and stole a credit card which they used to make purchases.

HOOVER, AL β€” The Hoover Police Department is seeking suspects they say broke into a vehicle and stole a credit card which they later used to make purchases. Hoover police say the theft occurred Oct. 12 in the 600 block of Preserve Way.

The victim’s wallet, which contained cash and credit cards, was stolen. Not long after, the victim received a fraud alert notification from his bank regarding an attempted purchase at Walgreens on John Hawkins Parkway, and the amount was more than $500.

The suspects are wanted for questioning in two felony cases β€” unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and fraudulent use of credit card. Police posted security footage of the suspects on socual media Monday:
