Two-Ingredient Macaroons
Requiring only two ingredients, these easy coconut macaroons are almost too good to be true. Whip up a batch in just 20 minutes for sweet and simple treat.

I shouldāve never followed this recipe. It was a disaster.
The problem is this recipe. EVERY OTHER 2 ingredient macaroon recipe uses TWO 14 ounce bags of shredded coconut--not just one. They are perfect then.
After reading the reviews on this recipe I decided to turn the temperature down to 100c and left ether in there for 17-20 minutes they turned out great and were delicious, I add a chocolate drizzle on top and they were so pretty to. The whole family loved them. Will definitely be making these againš„°
DO NOT put on parchment & leave in oven the full 15 mins. Parchment dissolved into bottom of macaroons. Big Mess! Wasted a Lot of them! Tastes Great, but will NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!
Based on the initial review, I baked these cookies for the full 15 minutes and cool them fully. Yes, they would benefit by using the customary egg white. They are ok as is. Some milk leaked out, but they look ok and taste fine. Probably not headed to the State Fair.
This two ingredient recipe is a complete flop. Don't make it!! A waste of a package of organic coconut. Baked into coconut puddles in the oven.
