18 Times Amal Clooney Aced Executive Style
Long before she aced red-carpet dressing, Amal Clooney was nailing her own strand of executive fashion: court-room style. The human rights lawyer has mastered modern workwear in a repertoire of razor-sharp tailoring, including a Chanel bouclé skirt suit or two. Burberry trenches and Max Mara coats are both linchpins of her uniform, while straight-talking LBDs are out in favour of shift dresses in bold shades of scarlet or purple.
Naturally, Clooney has an enviable collection of tote bags to house her personals. She has previously been photographed heading to the Supreme Court carrying an Altuzarra Shadow bag, Balenciaga’s Le Dix top-handle, a Stella McCartney drawstring bag and Michael Kors’s structured Bancroft satchel. Sunglasses are another staple that she is hardly seen without – oversized pairs from Ferragamo and Givenchy are particular favourites. On the footwear front, she rarely steps out in anything other than Jimmy Choos or Manolos.
