DALLAS, GA β€” A Paulding County student is facing a terroristic threats charge after making a broad threat to shoot up his school on Wednesday, authorities told Fox 5 Atlanta. The news station reports the student attends Lena Mae Moses Middle School in Dallas.

The school addressed the incident in a letter to parents.

According to the news station, the letter states, "the administration handled an issue that involved a student making verbal threats against other students".
