Trump rips Biden’s DNC speech in real-time: ‘He will never change’

President Trump live-tweeted Joe Biden as the former vice president formally accepted the Democratic presidential nomination Thursday night.

“In 47 years, Joe did none of the things of which he now speaks,” the president wrote on Twitter. “He will never change, just words!”

The dig came as Biden, 77, delivered the biggest speech of his political career virtually from Delaware at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, 48 years after he first ran for the Senate.

In his address, the former vice president said the nation wasn’t “just a collection of clashing interests in red states or blue states.”

But he also slammed Trump, accusing him of “cozying up to dictators” and “fanning the flames of hate and division.”

“He’ll wake up every day believing the job is all about him, never about you,” Biden said.

Trump, 74, will formally be renominated as his party’s candidate during the virtual Republican National Convention next week.
