FORT LEE, NJ — A Mercedes-AMG wagon that was stolen out of Newark was abandoned Thursday evening outside of the Port Authority's administration building in Fort Lee, Port Authority spokesperson Lenis Valen said.
Five males, four of whom were juveniles, were seen fleeing the stalled vehicle, and were subsequently arrested on pending charges of receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Valen said.
Quadier Cofield, 23, of Newark, was the adult arrested. The vehicle was released to the owner, Valen said.
