J. Cole Seems to Be Dropping a New Album Next Week

A new J. Cole album has popped up for pre-order on iTunes. It's called 4 Your Eyez Only and it has a release date of Dec. 9. That's next Friday.

The tracklist hasn't been revealed yet, but it's only ten songs long. It would be his first album since 2014 Forest Hills Drive, the album that went platinum with no features.

We last heard from Cole at the 2016 Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York City, when he told a crowd it was his "last show for a very long time." Many took it to mean he was about to hunker down in the studio to finish a new album. Seems like that might have been true, and with a new album will almost surely come a new tour.

It looks like there's more to come, so stay tuned.
