It's nothing we ever expected to happen, but we're going to have to deal with this head-on. One-half of the goofy duo who brought 'Waterline' into our lives is ripped and posing all sexy-like on Instagram.

We're not sure what's led to his image overhaul (those jeans are as low-cut as humanly possible), but we're as conflicted about it as you are. Let's try to make sense of this.

Are these perhaps promo shots for Jedward's rumoured return to the Celebrity Big Brother house next month alongside Lauren Harries, Stephen Bear, Katie Hopkins and Speidi? Err, probably not since Channel 5 is being super secretive about the 2017 lineup.

Hmm, Edward's also got a glam makeover of sorts too. Maybe he's replacing Michael C Hall in the London production of David Bowie's Lazarus? Highly unlikely.

Last we heard of those Irish lads, they were joining forces with Here With Me singer Dido of all people in hopes of convincing the great lady to make her musical comeback.

They've also been out in the US with their Celebrity Big Brother buddy Tara Reid making the epic Hollywood blockbuster Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No. (Okay it was a basic cable mockbuster but still…)

Let's just face it, our Jedward have gone Hollywood. And so have their abs.
