Rice! One of the reasons we love it so much is its easy versatility, which is why so many of us keep our fridges--and freezers--stocked with ample supplies of leftover (or just precooked) rice. Because we hate waste just as much as we love rice, we've put together a list of our favorite dishes to make with leftovers. Keep in mind that other grains--barley, quinoa, amaranth--may work well in some of these dishes, so don't be afraid to experiment.
