The actress has rarely been photographed since welcoming daughter Briar Rose Christensen in November 2014, but on Monday, the first-time mom, 33, was seen shopping in Studio City, Calif. Dressed casually in a black tank top and cuffed jeans, the TV star looked effortlessly chic, per usual. Bilson's outing also marked the first time she'd been since in public since The CW canceled Hart of Dixie.
Bilson was pregnant during the series' fourth and final season. Rather than hide her baby bump behind props, Bilson was able to show off her growing curves, as her character, Dr. Zoe Hart, was also pregnant! The series ended with Zoe and Wade (Wilson Bethel) getting married minutes before their baby arrived.
Though Zoe once dated George Tucker (Scott Porter), executive producer Leila Gerstein knew which guy viewers really wanted to see Zoe with in the end. "Zoe and Wade belong together and they're destined to be together," she told E! News, adding, "There is more than friendship. There is real love between them."
The same could be said for Bilson and her real-life love, Hayden Christensen.
The actors met on the set of 2008's Jumper and got engaged later that year. The couple called it quits in 2010, but got back together after three months. "I've been in my relationship for seven years, so we've grown up together in a way," Bilson told Health. "This is my partner, my support, just there for me no matter what."
No doubt, Christensen is there for the actress as they raise their little girl.
For Bilson, motherhood must feel like a dream come true.
"I've always wanted to be a mom," she told Health magazine last year. "I have always wanted kids. I can just see this little toddler waddling around the house."
