While he's most recognizable with round glasses and a little lightning bolt scar, English actor Daniel Radcliffe is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. In the final installment of the enormously popular Harry Potter film franchise, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II, we got to see what the producers envisioned Daniel, as Harry, might look like as a middle-aged wizard dropping his own kids off at Platform 9 3/4:
Hmm. Is it us or does Daniel look like he hasn't slept in a couple days? But if you take a look at Daniel's actual dad, literary agent Alan Radcliffe, one might guess that Daniel's future includes considerably more silver foxiness.
His dad looks especially adorable beside Daniel's mom (or "mum," if we're going to pretend to be British for a moment) Marcia Gresham, a casting agent.
Here she is alongside Alan in 2015, just two regular parents beaming about their son's accomplishments — which included a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame that day. Totally normal.
Now if only we could get 'em all to dress up like wizards together. Just once.
