Kim Kardashian has shot down snowballing rumors that her and Drake once had a romantic relationship.
On a recent episode of Everyday Struggle with Nick Cannon, DJ Akademiks speculated that Kanye ended the Pusha-T vs. Drake feud, because Drizzy held something damning over Ye. “I think Drake smashed Kim K,” Akademiks said, to which Cannon responded that it's not "that far off of a concept."
Cannon, who used to date Kim way back in 2006, chimed in after some resistance. “There’s something real personal Drake holds over that whole family, that he's like, ‘y’all don’t want me to let this out,’” he said.
“Who does Kanye West care about in a world besides himself?” AK asked.
“I was thinking the same thing,” Cannon replied.
Before the theory had too much time to marinate, Kim shot it down by commenting on the Shade Room's post: “never happened. End of story.” Sources close to Kim also denied the rumors to TMZ.
There certainly a specific reason J. Prince and Ye wanted to prevent Drake’s response to Push’s “The Story of Adidon” from being released, but we may never know. According to Kim, it doesn't involve her.
